Is there enough to do in Incheon for a 20 hr layover or should I be going into Seoul?

Seoul for first timers is quite daunting. Yes, it is a big city but it really has an excellent public and private transport system. Korean maps are laid out differently than US or European maps and can take time to get used to. The conversion to street names and numbers can also cause confusion as some places still use the old address system.
