Great set of info there. I didn't have time to go through it in detail but I know that the B772 fleet now stands at 13 airframes (PH-BQM delivered 2 weeks ago, PH-BQN just a couple of days ago) and the B763 is down to just 7.
And the latest news is that apparently a number of the remaining 777 orders will be converted to 777-300 ER instead of -200 series.
Rumor: Apparently these aircrafts are to replace the older 744. It does not
mention if which ones they will replace (combi/full pax).
We will have to wait and see

A few things to add based on my recent flights:
MD-11: row 1 seats are nice though the lack of stowage space was a minor concern. row 2 would be roomy but lav proximity could be an issue (esp. 2B and 2E, and 2F and 2H). 5A footroom looked to be constricted by the aircraft door (if your feet extend past the footrest you could only stretch them ahead and to the right). 5B does have tons of space but not good for those with vertigo.
73x: 2C does have a lot of legroom since the closet really only blocks 2A/2B. Usual warnings apply about people and carts bumping into you as the passage narrows. 1D would be the same but really for left leg only. And its door swings into your space.

Alanw, GREAT compendum of information, and I'm very much flattered you included my comments!
General 73X comments: always grab seats near the front for extra legroom, the rows have 2 inches more, which is just enough to keep this six-footer comfortable. This would be Row 1-7 on 737-300 and -400, Row 1-10 on -800, Row 1-9 on -900.
Believe this applies to some F100s as well... I swear some of them have more legroom in the front.
If you like windows, avoid Row 6 on 737-300, Row 7 on -400, Row 8 on -800, and Row 10? on -900 as these rows do not have a window on either side.
General F70 and F100 comment: book exit rows at your own risk, there are actually several different configurations that have the exit rows numbered differently. I quit booking exit rows during OLCI after I got burned by this THREE times in a row. You're better off reserving a seat as far forward as possible to take advantage of the extra legroom.
Finally, don't sweat getting particular seats on 737s and F70/100 ahead of time (either when reserving seats if booked in Business, or during OLCI) because KL often changes the aircraft due to loads... I've expected F70s and gotten F100s, and seen 737-300s swapped for -400s and -800s, and vice versa. Yet another way to kiss your exit row seat goodbye.
29A is a fairly good seat but the only negative is the door that hangs a little in the cabin but if you change the position of your legs there should be no problem.
