Does anyone have any update on the deployment of AVOD in coach on the MD-11's? Last update I saw was that 2-3 planes were done, but that was months ago. (I'm starting to plan a trip to YUL, so I'm "concerned")
I just booked an itinnerary with NW that includes a TATL leg in WBC from AMS-DTW on the 777 and 2 Europe Select legs AMS-NUE-AMS on the Fokker 70.
NW assigns seat 90 days out. How do I get seats in WBC on the 777 on KLM? My travel dates are not until December 2008 but I want to ensure I don't end up in one of those middle seats in WBC.
How can I tell what kind of a 737 I'll be flying on my upcoming trip (AMS-BUH?) I tried looking at the timetable, reservations, flight status, etc, but the equipment operating this flight was not revealed...
11C and 11G are the only decent economy seats with legroom (row 10 is 2-3-2). these seats tend to be booked weeks in advance.
Row 31 is equally good, actually better in many ways because you don't need to stand up if the person next to you wants to go to the aisle. This is on KLMs 777-200, not the new 300-series, which is a different situation altogehter.
Does anybody have experience with row 9 in economy on the 777-300? How is 9A and 9B? They look to me to have more legroom than the similar row 10 on the 777-200. But can you actually stretch your feet?
I recently sat in seat 11C on the 777-300 and it looked to me that seat 10 J was bigger than the other seats. Did anyone notice this? Are all row 10 seats bigger? Is this what we can expect in the announced premium economy?

Does the "exit row" 11 or 12 have any extra legroom on the 73x?
I haven't seen any mention of it, nor are 73x series listed on Seatguru.

Try and take the second exit-row seat, as that has recline.

Actually yes, to answer my own question--Row 12 on the 737-400 has HUGE legroom, about 38" at least. Row 11 is the same, however Row 11 doesn't recline.
Row 12 was available at the 24-hour check-in window online.

Does anybody have the latest klm md-11 seating plan?
We made reservations for our flight to Curacao on seat 17 H&J. According to KLM reservations this are two seats at the end of a row with no people behind you and nobody else sitting next to you.
I see 3 seats next to each other (GHJ) and row 18-19-20 behind me.
Can somebody tell who's right? KLM reservations or the seating plan on KLM's website? And if reservations is right what's behind 17? (Lavatory, kitchen??)
I'm flying out of Edinburgh via Amsterdam for Dubai on July 24.
I've logged into my KLM booking on the Air France website (so I can select my seats), and on the outbound flight KL427 there a 5 rows in WBC, whilst on the return KL430 there are only 4. Both flights are on 777-200 aircraft. I find this a bit odd.
