JFK to LAX at night - Mint
This will be my first time trying out JetBlue Mint and also taking a night flight and I have a few questions.
The flight I am looking at leaves out of JFK at around 10pm and arrives in LAX at around 12:55am. This is considered a red eye?
Since the plane departs after a normal dinner time for those on the east coast, would dinner be served or would it be a limited menu?
Thanks

JetBlue offers a few 9pm/10pm flights from JFK to LAX, but if I am correct, you will still be offered the lunch/dinner menu on these flights. I believe that the only airline, which does not serve a full meal on these 9pm flights from JFK to West Coast premium continental flight, is American Airlines. Even Delta offers a full dinner on its 9pm JFK to LAX/SFO flight in Delta One.
No worries!

Ya, but if you don't pre order, there's a chance you won't get a choice in meal. I ended up with a quinoa and spinach thing, which wasn't appealing at all to me, probably cause I'm a meat eater. My neighbor had sea bass and across the aisle beef Oscar. I guess that's what I get for changing my flight to an earlier flight. ):

I flew JFK to SF in Mint last Thursday night 9:30 pm->1 am and they served a full meal and everything else. It was the same service I received returning on the Saturday afternoon.
