If I use someone else's travel bank and pay the rest for a refundable ticket, will a new travel bank be created in my name? (My dates aren't set in stone yet).
I plan to book a refundable ticket and then cancel and rebook when I get confirmation of time off from work next week. Will the travel bank funds be refunded to me or go back to the original person?
