Res says " ALL SET TO FLY"...but also says NO TKT ISSUED
Did award booking for my brother using my points.

Shows all set...but also no ticket issued and no number for tkt.

Am I missing something?

When did you book? Did you get a confirmation number?

If you don't have a ticket number then the trip is not ready to fly. Even if you have a confirmation number. I'd call it in.
