Question on flight/hotel combination

Question on flight/hotel combination
Gang,
I am working on a major trip for my partners' family to visit Orlando from Bogota, Colombia.
I have decided on flights... and Disney hotel for week one.
I know the flights... and see that they offer packages with Universal hotels... would love to get one in the package as the prices seem better.
However, my problem: The flights would be for two weeks... but only need hotel for the second week. Is that possible on JetBlue?
