Credit for baggage not coming out first-Mosaic
While checking in a SJC the counter attendant mentioned there is now some sort of credit if you're a Mosaic member and your bag isn't one of the first few bags off the plane. He mentioned that it was sent to them in an email this week. Has anyone heard of this or know how this policy works? Just wondering because the counter attendants have forgot to put the green tag on my bags in the past.
