Where the planes are hiding...

JetBlue just posted on their blog about where they are "hiding" the planes for the next few days while riding out Sandy. Not surprisingly, MCO is the main spot. But there are a couple entries which are more interesting.

BNA is a MX base for the E90s, I believe, so that sortof makes sense. ROW is the one I would have never guessed. Apparently Area 51 has a need for the TrueBlue experience.

ROW also stores airplanes removed from the fleet so is this Sandy related or is JetBlue removing aircraft from the fleet?

Sandy.

Apparently there is a paint shop in ROW which JetBlue uses so they have room for a plane or two.

Oh, wow! That's lots of the aircraft. They are still grounded for the days due to Hurricane Sandy and thanks for sharing the picture.
