JetBlue Schedule Extension Thread

Schedule extensions are something that a lot of folks are interested in and that generate a lot of questions here so, as your moderators, we've decided to try to make the information a bit easier to find. This thread is the new home of schedule extension information here in the JetBlue forum.

Here's how it will work:

• The thread title will be updated any time there is a new schedule extension announcement. At a glance you'll know exactly when seats are/were released for sale for the latest extension.
• We'll keep a running history (easier going forward, but I'll try to fill in some history, too) so predictions of when the next one will be can have some historical context.
• Debate and discussion of extensions will be consolidated here. Discussion of other topics (pricing, seating, baggage, etc.) will be moved out to other threads.
• Posts discussing/debating extensions that have passed will be removed. For example, discussion about when seats for July 2011 will become available will remain until the seats actually are available. At that time those posts will be deleted. This should keep the thread mostly readable even after some time.

• 22 July 2012: the schedule extended through 30 April 2013.
• 20 May 2012: Schedule extended through 13 February 2013.
• 25 March 2012: Schedule extended through 6 Jan 2013
• 19 February 2012: Schedule extended through 27 October 2012
• 6 November 2011: Schedule extended through 4 September 2012
• 17 July 2011: Schedule extended through 30 April 2012
• 26 June 2011: Schedule extended through 15 February 2012
• 27 April 2011: Schedule extended through 3 January 2012
• 7 March 2011: Schedule extended through 29 October 2011
• 18 October 2010: Schedule extended through 6 September 2011

They told me after 12:00 eastern time when I called this morning but I could not actually book anything until about 1:15 PM, and even then I had to go in through the edit button to get the later dates to show on the booking calendar.
