H1N1 break out in Kansai area (Kobe in particular)
From Yahoo Japan, the confirmed case went from only 8 to now 130 in 2 days time.

It is in Japanese but you can use web-based translation tool.
It started with a few cases in schools but now seem to be a community breakout. 78 schools have closed for the week.
