Between the blossom-lined canals and stalls at Kitanomaru park/Yasukuni shrine near Kudanshita station, picnics at Shinjuku-Gyoen, and the night streets around Naka-Meguro, you'll have Sakura season covered well.

IIRC, Yanaka Cemetery (near Nippori) was a decent spot for hanami (viewing cherry blossoms/other flowers).

A peaceful, contemplative place for a quiet walk as well. Contains some of the oldest stone stupa in the Tokyo area.
