How much energy do you got?

I'd personally prefer to spend the night relaxing in the Narita Hilton, but you've got enough time to go to Tokyo and party all night if that's your cup of tea...

Personally, I'd get some sleep at one of the airport hotels.

You could go into Tokyo of course but is your flight at 10:30 am the next day or is that the time you want to be back at the airport?

Might as well take a stroll through Narita. The town of course, not the airport

Can you recommend what's best for a 17-hour layover?

After that, can we start a thread for 19 hour and 15 minute layovers?

Time enough for two more bowls of ramen, at least! It definitely calls for a different strategy....

I guess we should consider a 17 hour layover thread (and possibly a 19:15 layover thread) because how those extra hours change everything, and we have had a few 17 hour inquiries:
A 17 hour layover ideas request by an unaccompanied 14 year old:
Layover at / near NRT - Narita Int'l. Airport near Tokyo: Master Thread
And the following poster had a 17 hour layover and received some advice in the NRT layover thread:
