JFK - SYD booking
Hello all,

I am really struggling with the JAL website. Is it possible to book the JFK - SYD route online? I only seem to be able to book JFK - Japan/Asia. I did call but was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up, so hoping some kind person here could let me know if I do just need to book on the phone.

I booked via OTA.

Jal.com doesn't have any option to connect american to europe/oceania via japan.
