Codeshare services will operate from 06March'13
Osaka (Kansai) - Tokyo (Narita), Sapporo(New Chitose) - Tokyo (Narita), Fukuoka - Tokyo (Narita),
Okinawa - Tokyo (Narita), Sapporo(New Chitose) - Osaka (Kansai), Fukuoka - Osaka (Kansai)

Additional routes after 31March'13 are Oita - Tokyo (Narita), Sapporo(New Chitose) - Nagoya(Chubu),
Fukuoka - Nagoya(Chubu)

After 31May'13, codeshare operation will expand to Kagoshima - Tokyo (Narita), Kagoshima - Nagoya(Chubu)

Bookings made and boarded under a JAL flight number are eligible for JMB flight miles and JMB FLYON points.

JMB members may apply for the partner airlines award ticket under a Jetstar Japan flight number.

* JAL Group domestic award tickets cannot be used.

Well this is certainly a nice surprise. I wonder if JAL will have similar prices to Jetstar Japan.

Almost booked a Jetstar domestic flight yesterday, but they wanted 200 for me to pay with a credit card, so I changed my mind and chose the Shinkansen instead. (Going with JAL one way, back on the Shinkansen)
