JAL Emerald Reserved Seats
Had to split the PNR and my Emerald is allowed to reserved row 9-10 (773) but the non Emerald linked booking is NOT.
What's so special about row 9-10 that JAL reserves only these rows for Emerald?
And too bad for us, traveling together with my EXP in hand still won't allow us into the "good" seats.
No exceptions over the phone. Computer won't do it and AA shows the seats occupied.

They are just seats reserved for elites so in case they have to do a last minute booking, they aren't stuck in the last row of the cabin.
