Comments on the JFK-HND product from AA (JAL Codeshare)
I live in both Tokyo and SFO. I normally only take the Japanese airlines and especially JAL as they go into Haneda. I have two clients from the North East I am bringing to Japan- they are VIPs in my industry.
I know the JAL and ANA products are good via NY but what about the AA product? Is the business class flat or angled bed? Other comments about the service are welcomed.
