Look on airbnb and search fabriche de valico. There is a beautiful monastery in town that was redone by an artist.it is true italy. The people who run it are Stephen and Lindsey. They have all you are looking for. I knpe them because we own a house in the village. Let me know if you can't find it and I'll look for a link

That's a very cool place, but the link says they're renting out a room. OP is looking for presumably the place to themselves for 9 people.

I really like that place, though. Your friends did a nice job.

I think if you ask them about 9 people they can accommodate. They have more than enough room. Just email them.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will share them with my family.
One of our friends mentioned Toscana Resort Castelfalfi as a possible place to stay. Any thoughts?

Check out pilgrimsway.it. They have several villas in the Val d'Orcia region of Tuscany. We will be staying at one of them this summer after being recommended to them by a friend.
