Yes i get the same also
also at the top of the page it says:
Its our pleasure to welcome you back to InterContinental® Ambassador. As a Royal Ambassador you are one of our most valued guests. Please explore our latest member offers or contact us if there is anything more we can do to help.
I know you were kidding, but Israel seems to have quite a few of their own "Americas/Europes/Australias/Etc's Next Top Whatever" shows.
Israel is part of the Middle East "regionally", and part of Asia geographically, but due to the vast differences between Arabs and Israelis, I think you would be hard pressed to find a Jew or and Arab that would say Israel is "part of the Middle East"!
BTW I love how you used one IHG web site to show evidence that another one is inaccurate! That's classic! It's like saying "IHG have no idea what they're talking about, just ask them!"

The referral certs were free for RA receiving them from IHG. The new wording suggests that IHG wants to collect the money that the RAs used to get for them on ebay. Will be interesting to see the actual price tag.

Yes, but IIRC the text on the Certs was: give the same privileges to... for only 200 USD.
