Hotels with reward nights for 10,000 points
Is there a list of IHG properties (preferably in Europe) with redemptions at 10,000 points?
I have about 12,000 points from about 6 years ago (when I last stayed at a IHG property with a points earning transaction) which I keep rolling over, but would ideally like to use.
Alternatively, what's the best value way of adding cash to optimise these points?

Select only IHG category 1 hotels and deselect everything else.
You can also do points + cash for IHG hotels in higher categories.

Used the site to report 5 out of the 6 hotels I checked as being inaccurate.
Gave up after that.
You could get the IHG free Mastercard which gets you 10,000 points for a minimal spend and any other points acrue as Elite (I think).
Then when you reach the dizzy heights of an award night book it.

We stayed at HI Leipzig last Sept., for 10k/night. It was decent, except that the AC didn't work. We asked the front desk and they only said sorry it doesn't work. It was outside of the city so not too convenient, but was good for 10k points.

It may be targeted, but there is currently a 12% discount on the cash portion of C&P stays. For example, you can book the Crowne Plaza of Richmond, Virginia, USA for 10,000 points + $78.32 USD (vs. $89 normally, which used to be $99) then quietly cancel a few days later. Assuming that you have a use for a 25K hotel night elsewhere.
The main negative is that this deal is offered only in 5K increments, so you will have 2K left over
!
