E-Rewards points not Elite Qualifying?

I got around that much last year. Quit depositing (kept them for this year after making Spire). Have already deposited more than that this year.

They told me they were "making a one-time adjustment," since e-Rewards points were no longer Elite Qualifying. I told them they might want to let e-Rewards know, as the T&C on their web site still state that they are.
I will still use e-Rewards for IHG points, but not as often.

I got an 8K adjustment to EQ points, enough to put me at platinum through the end of 2018. It was on the second complaint and I think it was handled by a US/UK customer service rep based on the name used.

I received points on 2/7, 2/21, and 3/7.
Points from 2/7 did count as EQ, points on 2/21 and 3/7 did not count as EQ. Terms and conditions still state that they should count as EQ. Submitted discrepancy on IHG's site. Waiting for a response.
