Are points taking longer to show up?

Are points taking longer to show up?

I was expecting the points for my last week's stay to already be in my account but they're not. I also noticed this last week too, for the previous week's stay. They seem to be taking a day or two longer.

Earlier this year I got the points showing up by the following Monday if I checked out on a Thursday. Now they don't show up until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Seems to be the case. IC Singapore points usually show up 3 days after I check out. For the last stay I'm on day 5 and counting...

Can't say I've noticed a difference. Normally it's four days after the day of checkout, I think it's only been different once this year and that was one that fell over Easter.

Same here, I haven't noticed anything. My points for my stay last week (check out Thursday), showed up on Sunday.

I checked out of IC Singapore on 28 April, still no points. I submitted a missing points claim yesterday. My stay at IC Manila has been credited already (checked out 1 May).

I just found this on the IHG site (the page where you submit missing points claims):

A stay takes five to seven days from the date of check-out to post on your IHG® Rewards Club account. As a IHG® Rewards Club member you may request credit for stays up to six months after check-out.
So, I'll give it another day or two before submitting a missing points form.

I just checked my last few stays and it's taking about a week after check out for points to post. However, the welcome points have been posting within a day after check in.

Its usually approx 3 days for me, so nothing really changed.

I called up IHG today. The agent I spoke to was very helpful. He explained that he couldn't understand why the points from my stay last week didn't show up, so he added them in manually.

IHG's IT system, I guess.

My points have been showing up on time everyday (e.g., checkout Monday, May 4, points show up early morning on Friday, May 8th). No change for me. I'm on an anniversary bonus 1000 points per stay for 90 days currently so I am only booking one night back to back reservations to maximize.
