http://www.greenroom.co.uk/leedsunited has been updated with the new 30% off best flex rate now replacing the 35% off rate, however I've yet to find any availability anywhere for the 10% off mid-week stays rate since the start of 2014 despite this rate still be selectable from this landing page.

Will be 10% off weekend stays (with rider some hotels may optionally choose to make some rooms available midweek). The 241 rate had a similar midweek optin for hotels.
Definitely appears on Sat nights, whether selecting ADR/Weekend/Flex rates the TAB "Exclusive Member Discount" showing 10% Saving is there. No need to use greenroom as all IHG site searches offer the 10% off TAB

I am currently though staying at an IC, where I actually booked Fri/Sat/Sun nights separately, as 21 day ADR with -10% promo, a really great deal, 20-25 euro a night cheaper than my company rate and 40-45 euro per night cheaper than straight flex.

IHG has a new promotion going on in Europe. They call it the Winter Offer and can give up to 40% discount.
This promotion seems to book into rate code IKAPB, which we knew as "14-Day AP with Breakfast".

I don't understand, what's the advantage of booking 241 rate? Not only this rate earns zero points, but it is non-refundable, non-changeable as well. A simple change in travel plan could mean your money in the sink.

You normally get the two nights' credit, and full points, for stays.
Changing plans could lose you money: but this is the case for all advanced purchase rate.

I think you haven't understood how this works. You get a room for half-price over two nights. This can clearly work out well for those wanting a two night stay, but those intending to stay only one night can benefit in many ways from the extra time and flexibility.

IHG Rates
Hi there,
First of all i would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone on this board, although I've only registered as a user to post today I've been using it for well over a year now and it has saved me £100's if not £100's! So a massive thank you for that!!
I'm an IHG Plantinum Rewards Member (Which I obtained through the Accor Platinum - BW Diamond - IHG Platinum - again also obtained this info on how to do this on here aswell) so thanks for that aswell!
I've been using the IDEX1 241 rate but as this seems to have gone I'm searching for new rates and offers, I've looked at the greenroom rates but all they same to show is the new 30% off flexi with minimal availability anywhere however my question is and appologies this has most likely been asked 100's of times but this is more for personal preference what's everyone's experiences using the IHG Friends and Family rate? I've seen 'Steve' & 'Ana's' name pop up so much but has anyone in the UK in London used these? Are they really ok to use?
Also if anyone has any other rates they can share with me please do!
Many Thanks!
Jay

Many times using F&F you will not even be asked for a coupon/voucher. If you are asked for it, those names are fine.
Be waned - if you want to maintain plat status F&F rate is not a qualifying rate.
