What a joke. Woke up at 6:50 AM so that i can book the Macau property since I have to be there on business. 40 minutes now into the promotion and the Macau property doesn't have any of the discounts working.

Wow... Spent 40 minutes trying to book Macau and all of a sudden they just removed Macau from the list of hotels participating.

I finally managed to book indigo tower hill - glitchy as hell...
On the phone to ambassador services I tried to book it via my app, it showed the rate as 45k , the confirmation then showed it as 20k and finally deducted only 20 k ! finally sorted it. Tried to look it up again via the app and was now showing 45k through the whol booking process - terrible glitch

I had a problem initially when I booked as normal and selected Rewards Night from the drop down menu.

When I clicked on the Hotel I wanted from inside that initial link and booked from inside that particular Hotel it worked fine so maybe that's the best way to do it?

I got a 35,000 Poing Hotel for 8,750 and once I factor in the 10% rebate for being Ambassador that takes it under 8,000 Points, jubbly

I had to rebook mine over 10 times or so, try it on the mobile site, or a mobile phone app.

EDIT: I just did another dummy all the way through and was charged only 20k pts - use mobile app
