And where exactly did I say it is "de facto policy"?

I clearly stated that the 1 stay rule is technically correct and it sometimes does not work like that. How did you make my experience as described to say it is "de facto policy" is beyond me.

Maybe a better advise would be to actually read what I wrote before pointing fingers.
