This sounds lovely, but 143 rooms is not a lot. My guess is that rates will be high if they decide to make fewer larger rooms instead of lots of smaller rooms. Still, 5 IC's in France is good news! My bet for the next one (IF....) would be Toulouse for business or Bordeaux for tourism...but not at all sure if any property is suitable. Thinking out loud here. Safe travels to all.

Although the website now says July 11th, I heard that the GM of Marseille has gone to see if she can open the hotel in June. Can't wait!
