Anywhere Challenge: Win up to 60,000 points over the next 8 weeks

You have to guess the destination from the clues given - one guess per day, per account. It looks like you can earn up to 15,500 free points from this promo.

Here's the clues and answers, I'll try to keep this updated so you don't have to trawl through the long thread:

Week One
Clue 1: Covered with beaches, mountains and valleys
Clue 2: Home to two indigenous species of birds
Clue 3: Made of lava quartz diorite and limestone
Clue 4: Located in the Caribbean

Official answer: Arikok National Park, Aruba

Week Two
Clue 1: Not your typical safari destination
Clue 2: Home to hundreds of species of birds

Every week for the next 8 weeks, we'll be highlighting a new mystery destination. Each day we'll reveal more clues about the location — the sooner you guess correctly, the more points you'll win!
A few more details:

Beginning each Tuesday during the above weekly entry periods, a part of a unique picture for that week (that in its entirety will reveal a specific location) will be revealed. In addition, a written helpful “hint” as to the location pictured will be provided. Each consecutive day during a weekly entry period, another piece of the picture will be revealed and a new helpful hint will be given. Following the conclusion of each weekly entry period, the location of the weekly picture will be completely revealed. Participants who correctly identify the location of the photo by 11:59:59 P.M. (ET) on the first play date of the week (Tuesday) will receive 2,000 Priority Club Reward (“PCR”) points; correct answers received on that Wednesday will receive 1,500 PCR points; correct answers received on that Thursday will receive 1,000 PCR points; and correct answers received on that Friday will receive 500 PCR points. Correct answers determined solely by Sponsor. A person may use only one email address to enter. An entrant may determine if he/she earned weekly PCR points by checking the promotion website at the end of each weekly entry period. Per above, exact PCR points earned will be based on which day of the week he/she correctly identified the picture. Limit 1 play per PCR account per day. Limit 1 award of PCR points per PCR account per week with a maximum of 2,000 PCR points per weekly entry period via this method of play.
T&Cs:

Must be a Priority Club Rewards member to participate in this promotion. NO HOTEL RESERVATION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to residents of the 50 US, DC, Canada (excluding Quebec) & the UK who are 18 years of age or older (or are of legal age of majority in their area of residence) at time of entry. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins 12:01 A.M. (North American ET) on 7 September 2010. Skill-testing question required if Canadian entrant is selected as a potential winner. The total approx. retail value of all prizes is $2,840 USD. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. (ET) on 29 October 2010

Sorry, I did not look at the picture.
Then it could be Dominica, which has two indigenous species of parrot.

BTW - As a german resident I was able to submit my guess.

I'm guessing it must be somewhere small an island perhaps, somewhere tropical? It does not narrow it down much but I think I'll go for Bali

I was thinking Rodrigues Island, Mauritius. It is on the autofill list on the hotels anywhere website, but no rooms can be found when I tried a bunch of random dates. I believe the island only has two bird species, and a few hotels...

It seems like the only real hint is the birds. Now we just need someone who is overly knowledgeable about indigenous birds to find out the possible places that have two species, near beaches, maybe have cacti, and have rooms on the list...

Is that really worth 1500 points?
