Hi all -- been casually interested in the miles/points hobby but always thought it was too complicated to do right. finally decided to invest the time to figure it all out. looking forward to learning from you all that have been in this game for years.

Hello everyone! I just joined because even though I might not fly as often as some of you, I'm in a plane more regularly than pretty much everyone of my friends and family so I thought it would be worth learning more about miles. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

I realized that never officially introduced myself. I am a long-time lurker, learning so much from these forums. I have done one round of cc applications and have taken two very nice round-trip first class flights to the west coast with the proceeds, as well as some hotels stays. I am a bit overwhelmed by all the variables involved, but am learning as I go.
My next challenge is to figure out how to use my ultimate rewards points!

Hi everyone,
I've been a reader for quite some time, and finally decided to register. I'm a reasonably frequent flyer, mostly between C2 and C3, and occasionally C1. This place already is a treasure trove that seems to have everything, still I hope I can occasionally contribute something new.
