Reliance India call (calling card)
Has anybody checked the easy dial list on their reliance account lately?
I recently checked and they were all missing
. Response to
my email was an "how to" guide to set it up. No response to why they
disappeared.
I called in today and they said there was an upgrade to the system
in June and everything added to the easy dial list prior to that was
wiped out.
If you have a subscription to this service, make sure you check your account.

update!
after a few phone calls.. and speaking to the manager(so called)
they agreed to restore the original settings from some
backup.
Just got an email saying its done!
Surprising.. but i'm glad its resolved.
