Help me figure out best deal [TPA-India-TPA]

I would like to join friends going to India and would fly TPA-BOM-DEL-TPA.

I'm a flat-bed snob in my dotage and have to go as directly as possible in Biz/first.

I have about 250,000 AMEX points, and a couple 100,000 points in various other places like Chase Sapphire.

Any advice?

AI flies ewr-bom actually. There's also UA 48 on the same route. I am not sure how / why they'll sustain that though if there's another *A carrier on the same route .. codeshare, I hope.
