I've had way more hilarious conversations than these ! One of my favourite past times when I've nothing constructive to do

One of my particular favourites started with this:
Me: I want to redeem my miles for Star Alliance partner airlines.
AI Agent: Sorry, we do not sell Star Airline tickets. Do you need assistance with Air India ticketing?

Doesn't seem that way, they introduce themselves with different names each time for a start. And their grammar sometimes is a dead giveaway.

You think a bot cannot be programmed to give different names at different times? And it is probably a bot created in India, hence the Indian English.

by reading the below conversation, it does feel like a bot..
though the few instances I have chatted with their online staff, it seemed a human giving the info..
