Any India-based airline offer luggage transfer?
I'm looking to connect different international flights in India to take advantage of their competitive prices, but I don't want to have to get a visa just to collect and re-check-in luggage. Does anyone know such a baggage service is available at any Indian international airport, or by any India-based airline?

i know people who on 2 separate tickets have managed to get their bags checked onto the second airline without having a visa in del....but it is not recommended & there is no guarantee it will work....
