is anyone else still having massive problems using the website and trying to manage bookings? I get timed out nearly all the time. I may try other browsers incase it is just me

Same here, cant get any of the links to work properly on the website. Its a big pain to even do simple tasks as of now. I've switched to using my travel agent to handle these things for now.

Its working well for me. Just redeemed 2 mum del return flights. The new look seems much better than the old one.
