Jet Airways: exceptionally bad customer service

I have recently major issues with Jet service levels, 4-5 times, and their response team was so bad on my feedback , this was due.

Thats why i never fly jet or air india , indigo is way better

Sure,its enough,any delay is enough to sue an airline,its FAs and their maternal aunts,-go ahead and goodspeed to you old chum!!

i fly indigo regularly on one particular route & i would have to disagree with you....flights are often late & service is less than desired....

Air India is trying to improve, Jet is trying to go worse in their serviced, Indigo however it may be , it still is better than the others.

Which route is it ? must be a particular sector issue ?

I have myself had issues with Jet for a while now, but my recent refund issue with Jet has been the last straw.. i have completely vowed to be off Jet.. Their customer service just can't sink any lower..
