Hyd Plaza lounge ( Dom departure) is not accessible by JP gold members now. Only Jet Plat have the access or if you have relevant Master card
Traveled with my colleague today morning who was JP GLD. At the check in counter he was given lounge card with "Paradise rest." written on it instead of Plaza lounge...may be another cost saving tactics of Jet.

But not all mastercards are allowed in DEL (Eg: Citi PM has access to Plaza Lounge in 1D, not/none in T3). So check with your Bank.
