Spice Jet and other LCC's sale (Rs 2000~ per segment) [11-13 Jan 2013]

Spice jet is selling 10 lacs tkt at a flat fare of Rs 2013 for 3 days ie 11th to 13th Jan. This is a real steal, if you are planning to travel between 1st Feb & 30th April. Normal cancellation rule is applicable. Although there is heavy traffic on the site but i could book 4 tkts for DEL-BLR-DEL for my parents...

thinking aloud. on one of my trips i used the 1500 redemption vouchers of PM and booked a RT, which costed me 8k net. If i move to SG, it will cost me 4300 approx. cancellation fees on premiermiles site is going to be about 1300 per segment, inclusive of their own fee. so total difference is coming to be:

8000-4300-2600 = 900.

I think I will just let it be as the cost of the meals and IFE on air india's planes and meet the aunty service

this is not available on the call center so you can't stack up the voucher and this.

Indigo has also dropped prices on a lot of their routes.. a lot of tickets are available for Rs. 2000
