Jet ugprade vouchers expired, can Jet extend the time on these or useless now?
I have few jet upgrade vouchers that expired, since i don't travel much and when i do its not always Jet. So should i just throw them away? I remember hearing from a friend that Jet can extend the validity at some local office in Old Delhi. True?

airport office will extend, but only for 3 months. But if these are those issued when they were partners with Citibank, may as well forget it

They actually do that..?????????????
@Mohit - If you don't travel that much, you might wanna consider gifting them away, or exchanging them for other benefits.. im sure there is some place on these forums where they trade vouchers..
which reminds me - @MODS - I started a thread for gifting away vouchers.. not selling, not trading.. just giving them away.. you closed it saying u will consider if it can stay.. whatever happened to that.. gifting vouchers is not exactly a trade.. we should have that here..

Selling or buying is of course absolutely forbidden anywhere on FT. Trading and gifting is permissible (with certain caveats as defined in ToS) and the appropriate forum for posting these would be in the "Coupon Connection" forum.
Coupon Connection is a place to exchange and offer as gifts travel-related items which you may not be able to use. Access to Coupon Connection is automatically determined by the system based on duration of membership on FT as well as number of posts.
Feel free to PM Babu and/or me in case you have any further questions on this.
Why dont u take out time and get them extended at their airport office while you are travelling
I am thinking of using them for flights that are in 10 days from now. You think i can quote the number without getting it extended and then request an extend on the day of travel at airport?
Won't they know its expired when i quote them the number on phone requesting upgrade?

I sincerely hope you get to use it.. there's nothing more fun than a free upgrade.. but fair warning - If you have valid vouchers and your ticket is of the minimum class required, then be prepared to put on a fight with Jet Children to get ur upgrade.. they are stingy these days.. they would rather the seats went empty than give a voucher/miles upgrade or miles redemption.. stand ur ground and tell them u have to have them..
if all this doesn't work, pm me- I will send you my address

Mohit, I hope you've already had the conversation with 9w and enlisted for upgrades. if you really want those upgrades, you got to be ready for brute force to be used on Jetchildren.
Tip: check if your required no. of seats are still on sale in premiere on the segments you are flying before you walk out of your home that gives an indication how to go about the conversation at the airport. For example:
JC: sorry sir, the premier cabin is full
You: oh, i'm surprised. I was just trying to buy up some seats before leaving home, and i saw 2 premiere seats available. the website must have been wrong
JC: *Red in their face * Oh, let me check with my supervisor sir in that case ** hypothetical call to nowhere** **mumble mumble mumble**
