Booked in T class but become O class / seat changed when using web check in
I booked a ticket from BKK-CCU-TRV with
9W65 BKK-CCU in O
and
9W844 CCU-TRV in T.
When I used the web checkin this morning,
First, most seats of the BKK-CCU flights were occupied despite my very early checkin (SEQ/2).
Next, the boarding pass for 9W844 CCU-TRV shows class O, as the segment was booked in class T.
Last, I chose an aisle seat for the second leg (CCU-TRV) but it was somehow changed to a window seat.
How could these happen?
Has anybody encounter this kind of situation?

not sure about your booking code trouble but best I can think is equipment swap so changed seat, added inventory or otherwise, reduced inventory.. but seat swap usually happens when flight CXLD and rebooked or two flights combined or something like that..do you have status? U can call and get your old seat back?

Thanks.
It happened immediately. After selecting the seats, it showed the boarding passes with a different seat from the one I selected on the second leg.
I am a Jet silver member but I don't think that'll be of any importance. It's the lowest tier and they never send the silver card to me but the status on the account says I am silver.

calling would be the best option....silver status is better than having no status at all....
