Fuel surcharge. Charged by the operating carrier in most cases. Was done in response to global fuel price increases. However this amount only goes up; never down. If you try to book a mileage ticket on BA metal with BA miles TATL in Y you might as well just buy a ticket.

Lala and Lali live in London where Lali gets 2 Cr from 9w as housing allowance. I am sure they can afford a big microwave and bake cake. as for the cream, there is always YQ
