I'll set a reminder to convert the balance towards end of January. Guess they won't offer any transfer bonuses now as they won't want to encourage people even more to empty their balances before such a massive devaluation.
Is the only way to convert by phone? I'll be overseas and would rather avoid a long-distance call for the transfer.

Prestige card 1 point = 4 air miles holds true at least till December 31, 2015. They released the benefits chart for 2015 few days back. Some benefits were withdrawn but no significant devaluation yet!

When you convert your PM card to Prestige, the PM miles are transferred in the ratio 2:1 i.e. 2 PM miles give you 1 Prestige point. However 1 Prestige Point = 4 Air miles, so you double your miles. You can read more about it on Ajay's blog

Just got a mail saying that there are several changes to this card. For transfers 2PM miles = 1 airline mile
Also every 100 PM = Rs 45 instead of Rs 50
This is not the new year gift I was looking forward to

Wow, the day i got my Premier Miles Card - the miles get massively devalued. Now have to think whether to keep this in second year or not.
BTW i had requested for the Visa version but they have sent me the Mastercard one - i think Visa has a much better offering in terms of lounge access / other freebies. Can i request them to change it to Visa ?
