Two family members who are VIP members got both offers (no email, found them after login) and one family member who is an online member got no offers at all.
For once my timing is good--I need 2 dines to reach VIP for next year, so one will be a cheapie for the survey bonus, and the other will be a $25 dine for the 1,000 mile bonus. Waiting to register until just before I head out to eat!
EDIT TO ADD: Apparently just because the "Register Now" button shows up on my Bonuses page, that doesn't necessarily mean I can register. When I tried to register for the survey bonus, I was told "Sorry, you are not eligible for this bonus. Please review the Bonus Details." So guess it's not enough to see the offer after logging in, you actually have to receive the targeted invitation to participate.
It looks like some of the programs are starting to use targeted bonuses. I just got an email from US Airways offering a 500 mile bonus for dining and then completing a post-dine survey. There is no restriction for the dollar amount of the dine, so this looks like one I can get very cheap. I had only had one small dine registered with US Air this year (intended to keep my small number of miles alive) and it looks like they are trying to generate activity. I also logged in to my wife's US Air account to see if the same offer is there for her. She has not used US Air dining at all this year, and she has an offer for 500 miles for one dine of $35 or more by year end.
The moral of this tale? Log in to all your programs and check to see whether you have any bonuses available. You may not even get an email on all the offers.

In addition to the promotion listed in the preceding post, Delta is running a SkyMiles partner prmotion during the holiday season and SkyMiles Dining is listed as one of the participants.
I don't believe this is a targeted promotion so this could prove to be a nice bonanaza of miles this holiday season.
It would appear that if you have yet to paricipate in both promotions (unlike myself who already has racked up $200 in charges), one could earn 17.5 miles per $1.00 for your first $500 in charges, if you were to dine at restaurants that normally offer 5 miles per $1.00 charge.

I would think you earn up to 22.5 miles per $1 from the two promotions combined.
(5 miles base + 10 miles bonus) * (1+.5) = 22.5 miles per dollar
Of course that depends on how closely you come to hitting the $50 increment exactly.

Delta Banquet of Miles Bonus--Fast posting of miles!
Between November 11 & November 19 I had $103 worth of Delta dines. The bonus (2X 500 miles) posted to my Delta account on November 22. This may be a record for the posting of bonus miles--and all the more impressive considering the fact that the bonus miles have not yet shown up in my iDine account!
