Well, this is off topic too, but a very recent article claims eating fried food and drinking grapefruit juice when on some kinds of chemotherapy, the chemo uptake is increased up to 5x. Praziquantel is one chemo agent that seems to be enhanced by the concurrent intake of fatty foods...

PVD - Rasoi (Indian)

Just had a fantastic meal (one that I didn't even know was an idine until I received the email, which is awesome when that happens) at Rasoi which is about 15 minutes north of Providence, RI, right off of I-95.

I went there with my family for their weekend buffet, and the service was extraordinary. My mom doesn't eat certain types of food in restaurants and when the manager realized that, he brought out a separate dish for her, on the house. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Not inexpensive. But if you're looking to fulfill the United 25K bonus milles requirement ($125/month), this is a good place to have a nice meal and fulfill your month's spending requirement in one go.
Hm, but no member rating at all. Did they leave and rejoin recently?

AUS - TX, Austin --Capitol Brasserie. Three-course prix fixe

It's closed.

I personally find AUS - Hickory St. (downtown, opens 6:30 AM, $1 breakfast menu on Mondays) DISGUSTING and am surprised someone found it good. Terrible service, terrible food.

Good Austin choices:

AUS - TX Wink Consistentlly ranked as one of the top Austin restaurants. They have an adjoining wine bar that also gets credit.

AUS- TX Starlite Very tasty downtown choice

AUS - TX Austin Java (all locations) Get credit for your morning coffee. Also serves lunch

Xcaret is gone from iDine now, sad to say.

Also in Sacramento / SMF: downtownish (18th Street at Broadway) is Bali Wine Bar and Grill. Excellent just spicy enough Indonesian food by a woman from Bali and her American husband. Very yummy food, decent wine selection, and the mango and lime iced tea is extremely refreshing in the summer. For dessert, you can not beat the bubuh injin / black rice pudding, served with some jackfruit! Mmm! (Lunch and Dinner.)

By the way, you can look up any restaurant in Sacramento's inspection reports by the Environmental Management Department (health and sanitation) here.

Both of the AUS locations are now no longer on points.

I ate at Wink last night and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend the duck or the fixed price with wine pairings.

What restaurant are you referring to when you say "both of the AUS locations"?

Wink is great, I only wish I'd discovered iDine back when I was spending more money there. They have 1/2 price appetizers in the wine bar during happy hour.

Fort Worth Texas, Wilson't BBQ. A great little family run place for the real thing. Best sauce, meat and beans we've had in a long time. If you aren't sure how to find the place, give them a class. The map linked to them on IDine doesn't make a lot of sense.

The sliced beef that the perfect red line indicating a true BBQ result. So tender you 'don't need teeth to eat it' as their slogan goes. The chopped beef is not sauced when you order it by the pound. The sauce is in a separate container. You're not paying beef prices for sauce.

Don't let the appearance of this place put you off. Look for the screened door and walk in.

Not far from I-30 near the corner of Camp Bowie Blvd and Horne Street.

SFO - Frisson

At the edge of the Financial District and North Beach, has great upscale American food. I've eaten there about 5 times, and it impresses even my snobby LA Lawyer friend. Good wine list.

They have happy hour til 7 pm, otherwise, pricey.

I was referring to the two AUS restaurants that are listed in the OP's dynamic listing. It needs to remove the two current restaurants and add your suggestions, as I agree with all of them. Wink on the other hand will be getting my business everytime I am in Austin as long as they remain on RN. If they leave, so does my business.
