They use the 200 nomenclature but I believe it is the low J A340-300. I usually select row 5 in the second 2-row mini cabin.

Same here. I'm flying IB6252 JFK-MAD in May in J, and just saw they did an equipment swap from A330 to A340-200. So sad, hopefully it will switch back. But the seat selection map does not show rows 5 & 6, only 1-4. Curious.

I believe Iberia call their A340-300s with the old seats A340-200. Same with the A340-600s, where the old seating is called A340-500. IB don't operate 200s or 500s.
In both cases, I can't recall a mini-cabin. I think all of the hi Js have been converted to the new seat. Seat Guru is not really a reliable source.

I can assure you that in a couple of days I'm flying from Madrid to Buenos Aires on a 345, which, since IB don't actually have 345s, is actually a 346 with an old cabin with 4 rows of J 2-2-2 - at least according to the seat map I'm allowed to select seats from...
That's assuming the seat works. I've had the purser come around and ask whether my seat works, so obviously it happens enough that the question is proactively asked...

But all indications are that the last aircraft to be retrofitted is current in the process right now leaving no 346s with the old seat.

That sounds like a high-Y-density 343...

IB 342 is actually an A340-300 and IB 345 is actually an A340-600
All 340-600 are refurbished with the new seat. And all 340-300 are not, as they are leaving the fleet.
There is no minicabin, so no row 5 or 6. There are only 4 rows on a 2-2-2 configuration. Seat map is not updated on Seatguru.
I have a few recent TR on my blog if want to check.

Please report back on this. I have speculated that it's an issue of coding the aircraft that they are having IT problems. It used to be 346 = old cabin and 345 = refurbished. Though now that there is only one type flying they might be having issues going back to showing it as a single type of aircraft.
But all indications are that the last aircraft to be retrofitted is current in the process right now leaving no 346s with the old seat.

A flight being sold as 345 is being checked in online showing as a 342 (the old 343). Therefore the 2-2-2 configuration.
I'll confirm once I reach Argentina. But that would, quite frankly, be very poor on the part of Iberia to sell tickets as if the new seats are on offer, while fully intending to provide something worse. It's not as if there is a last minute equipment change to get them off the hook - the whole time since I booked weeks ago it has been selling as a 345 and the whole time the seat map for pre-selecting seats has been the 342.
