Interesting: Groupon is selling Avios in Spain

I just called Iberia's listed telephone number on their website...
In the end, both Iberia and Groupon will tell you that they will look into it and get back to you via email. I filed a claim with Paypal, that's who processed my payment, after multiple calls to Iberia and Groupon and getting nowhere. I recommend you do the same for your missing Avios. Some here are optimistic that they will receive the Avios, EVENTUALLY. I am on the mindset that I am due what I payed for in the agreed upon time.

Thank Agustin. Luckily my timezone is very close to Spain but unfortunately I don't speak more than a few words of spanish :-)
Iberia's Twitter account is very responsive but so far they've only referred that the colleagues are working to solve issues with Groupon. I've tried a friendly approach that she needs to tell her colleagues that they need to communicate what's happening or I'll simply report this as a credit card fraud. I was hoping that she would understand how bad this case is for Iberia as well. Being from northern Europe I might be overestimating the spanish..

Thanks guys for mentioning this. I see that I, too, have received my IBPluStore Avios today. Only things missing now are the bonuses from Amazon VIP and Showroomprive. Hope we're almost at the end of the groupon fiasco now.

I´m glad this is finally working out ok. I´ve got my IBPlustore points today as well. However when I bought it stated 16 points per euro spent (I remember they lowered the bonus at some point during the sale)
Does anyone have a screenshot of that? I´m going to argue with IBplus

I wasn't expecting them for a week or so because that's how long the Groupon bonus took. Avios.com's 'Combine My Avios' tool isn't working atm so you won't be able to transfer them from Iberia just yet.
