Sorry, it doesn't work that way. Separate airlines don't let you move miles back and forth (except for BA/IB which is all the same company)
Transferring miles between different members' accounts almost always incurs a cost so trading also won't normally work. You can try points.com though.
At best you might find somebody wanting what 24K Flying Poo miles will buy, and is willing to exchange whatever Avios award you are interested in. Don't hold your breath though...
Just as another note, I'm pretty sure a mod will be along to close this thread because it's against the rules of Flyertalk...
