IB to start SJU service from 15 May
The service will use newly delivered A330-200 airframes. This will probably make a lot of people on mileage runs very happy.

I was really hoping for NRT, but I'm sure it's still on the plate.

At least the flights are direct this time, not stopping in Santo Domingo.
But three flights a week? OK, the typical leisure traveller probably goes for 7 or 14 nights so might not really care, but how much business travel can IB attract with just 3 flights a week.

Any news if the route will become year round. Last flights bookable for this year are 30th October 2016. I was hoping for November December flights to match up with cruises from San Juan.
