This is the 6:10am flight from TLV to MAD.
Not used TLV before but I understand the security is tight and you should leave 3 hours, but is that really necessary for a 6am flight?
How long should you leave and is the a fast track for J?

6am is a rush hour at TLV airport (most europe flights leave from 5 to 7 am). However, the recommendation is now to be at the airport at least 2.5 hours before departure, as security protocols have been changed (a bit).
Since you are flying business, 2 hours could be fine, but I would not recommend anything less than that as you are not an Israeli citizen. In fact, even I, an Israeli citizen, usually show up at least 2 hours before flights, even not on rush-hours. 2.5-3 hours if flying economy.
There will be a fast track lane at security before checkin and at the hang-luggage security hall after checkin. Also, there will be a separate checkin lane for business class pax.
