Highlights: Thirty-some people living in T4 of the Madrid Airport. That’s the modern one that cost 6 billion euros to build. Some have been there for years.
But they will have to be patient to break the record of the German woman who -- six years ago – had already lived in the Palma, Mallorca airport for 10 years:

Sad, because they don’t seem to bother anyone, and most travelers don’t even notice them, and the city would provide other accommodation if they would only go there. Apparently, only in the UK can you be arrested and jailed for living at the airport:
