2000 Avios Booking Bonus Until March 25
May be targeted, but every account in my household received this promotion:
Conditions seem fairly straightforward:
Great deal for a short hop such as Madrid-Lisbon which is often only 50euro.
It doesn't specify when the flights have to be taken. I would like to make a booking now for September, so I assume it will qualify and I will receive the booking bonus in May.
Anyone else receive this promo?

To receive the 2,000 Avios you have to register in the promotion and purchase your tickets at www.iberia.com after identifying yourself with your Iberia Plus number and PIN.
Avios will be credited once per registered client

Received the offer on our two accounts. Very good timing for some flights from London to Barcelona for us. I might try opening an account for my daughter to see if the 2000 Avios are offered as soon as the account is opened.

Targeted... or perhaps UK-based accounts... I don't have this on my Spain-based account.
Yes, you get the bonus miles when they say and don't even have to show up for the flight. (although I don't think there's an IB flights cheap enough to be worth buying just for the 2000 miles)

I got it on a German based account. Trouble is, I don't really need to go anywhere on the IB network before this Summer. And I figure a flexible ticket is not worth the cost. I am looking to book from Geneva to La Coruna, or Asturias, when the time comes.

This one has just resurfaced, with 2,000 miles offered for purchases before 31st July. Assuming it's targeted to those who received the emails. Don't forget to register before purchase.

I can't say really, last time I bought a BA/IB ticket so.
It certainly doesn't say* that it has to be an IB ticket.
However, it seems that some of the cheapest BA tickets are not
possible to buy on ib.com, eg ALC-LGW "no luggage for" €35.
And IB has a credit card fee but BA don't (unless you use a UK credit card)

Well, the 2,000 bonus Avios promotion has turned up again for purchases at iberia.com. This time it is valid for purchases until 29th July, so quite a short margin. Not sure if I can get my act together to get something booked before then. The only thing I don't understand is what the timeframe for the flights is. Can they take place any time in the weeks and months following these promotions, or is there a date limit (which I can't find anywhere)?

Can you book on Iberia with IB+ number and at airport change to BA-number. And get the bonus from this promo? :-)
Or book through an account of a friend and trigger the bonus on his account?
I know you can change FF-number through Finnair and at airport, but not if you get the bonus :-)
