Does anyone know if all of business class is in one cabin or if there is a mini cabin on the new configuration A346?

Thanks
Hi,

I have not been in the new biz class yet but from some pictures I saw of the lay out, there will be only one cabin.

Seriously, anybody have a link to seat map with that layout? Thanks!

Iberia's own website doesn't show a layout for my flight either.

I'm amazed how little information Iberia has on their website, or their call center. I'm trying to find out if our LAX-MAD flight on May 14 is going to be the refurbished, new style of business class ('business club') with lay-flat seats, or the old style. Looks like on the way back - MAD-LAX - it's the new one, but since I spent so much time booking the reward trip, and can't seem to find confirmation of it.

Guess it will be even more of an adventure than I bargained for! A SURPRISE when we get on the plane!

I have a trip MAD-MIA in September. I am on the morning flight arriving around 3pm with onward flights with AA at 8pm so approx 5 hrs in Miami.

I was wondering will 2A be better as its close to front of aircraft so close to immigration or 8A in the mini cabin but farther back the aircraft meaning longer at immigration ?

Check the seatmap again. The column alphabets are marked at the top on row 1/2 and they apply down the line for all rows.

I must be blind. I see that rows three and five have E & G seats, but row four has D & H.

Please help a poor American Airlines guy... I found the above comment in post 117, and it's the only post in this thread that mentions the A340-500.

I have 2 J class seats LAX to MAD on Aug 25. I made this reservation using my AA miles quite a long time ago. When I made the res, the flight was on an Iberia 340. Although I wasn't thrilled about it, we were assigned seats 1J and 1L.

I was checking all of my AA reservations today, and now this flight is showing a 345. And my seats were changed to 10G and 10E.

Seatguru does not have a seat map for an Iberia 345.

So is this a refurbished 340-300? Can anyone help me find a seat map? If I check the Iberia website (using a dummy booking) and Seatguru, it appears that seating on the 345 is configured similar to the 330-300.

Any recommendations about seating? Looks like I may need to phone AA and try to change my seats?

According to this article they have ordered Another 2 A330 which will be
delivered in 2014, so 10 in total instead of 8.

I wonder if they are planning on opening any new routes. A lot of the Caribbean destinations might start to look better, even with a weak recovery in Spain.

It's refurbished A340-600. So yes, the same type of seat like the A330.

IB owns and operates only A340-300, -600. All other A340 subvariant codes are used to identify specific seat configurations.

I recently subscribed to ExpertFlyer and it showed my seats as being in the middle.
